Dominique Scott

...a highly skilled and dedicated personal trainer with five years of experience in the fitness industry. Dom has developed a specialization in strength training and postpartum fitness, making her an invaluable resource for clients seeking to improve their physical well-being.

After completing her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Dom started her career as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Throughout her career she has also competed in multiple bodybuilding and Stronglifting competitions.

As a personal trainer, Dom is particularly passionate about working with women to help them achieve their fitness goals, whether it's building strength, preparing for pregnancy, or bouncing back after having a baby. Her specialization in prenatal and postpartum training comes from her own personal experience, being a mom of one herself. She understands the unique challenges women face during and after pregnancy.

Dom has worked under the mentorship of Bret Contreras since 2018. She implements his training methods when working with her clients. Under his guidance, she has honed her skills and techniques, and is constantly pushing herself to be the best trainer she can be.

Natilee Riordan

...a personal trainer with five years of experience in the fitness industry and a lifelong passion for health and wellness. It’s Natilee’s belief that everyone deserves to be confident and strong, and the way to get there is hard work and dedication.

From CrossFit coach to strength specialized athlete and trainer, Natilee believes in a holistic personalized approach to health and fitness, which means that the focus is not just physical training, but also nutrition and lifestyle habits specific to each client. With the belief that small progressions make a big difference, her goal is to help clients to create sustainable habits that lead to long-term success.

After bilateral hip surgery in 2018, her focus shifted from mainly functional training to a strength first training approach and a specialized focus on glute development due to postoperative imbalances. In addition to being an NPC bikini athlete and Stronglifting competitor, Natilee has also been learning from Bret since 2019. She is constantly growing as a trainer, dedicating time to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques, all while never forgetting the basics are the foundation of it all.
