Ashley Hodge, MBA, CPT is a Strength Coach and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). Her education was obtained at Medaille College graduating with her Masters in Business.
Ashley’s introduction to health & wellness began when she lost over 50lbs in 2010 and has since participated in several half-marathons, LA marathon, Malibu triathlon, spartan races, and recently powerlifting. 2017 USPA Powerlifting - Camp Pendleton Open, 3rd Place Winner and 2020 StrongLifting Competition - 1st and 2nd place winner. The driving force behind what motivates Ashley to coach others through such a transformative experience - is experiencing her own life-changing transformation.
Since entering the field in 2012, she has done the majority of her work with general population clients by providing the necessary tools and support to individuals who struggle with proper nutrition and physical activity. She has experience working with all ages and training levels writing strength training programs tailored to her clients training experience and goals.
Her clients love that she is personable, driven, energetic, and results-orientated. Her philosophy that keeps her clients, as well as herself, motivated to continue to live a healthier lifestyle is remembering that: It is a journey to find what works best for YOU & YOUR BODY. When it comes to training - experiment with exercises that you most enjoy which will lead to better adherence to your program and focus on the long term muscle gains.

I'm so impressed with Ashley, she's a terrific personal trainer who is 100% committed to the success of her clients! I noticed visible results after the first month training with Ashley. I'm now half a size down compared to when I first started! Of course nutrition plays a big part in that but with Ashley's guidance I was able to stick to my training and nutrition plan and feel super motivated with the results. Ashley has been the light at the end of my tunnel. She pushes me with weight I would have never dreamed of lifting. I've had injuries and imbalances that we've tackled together.
